Canadian eh? plus other stuff

 

We're gifting little Eliza Joy Getty (Keith & Kristyn's two year old daughter) with something decidedly Canadian by which to remember us.  

Besides needing a seat belt on the Tour bus (and maybe a passport for Customs?) there is little doubt concerning place of origin.  Thank you Sonya et al for your brilliant idea and efforts on our behalf.

Reminders: 

• Music Binder:  Please remove the poster from the front cover.  This is one of those times we want to be as black as black can be.  
• Have your music in order according to the hand-out of the last rehearsal.
• $5.00 if possible to Linda Kay to defray dinner costs.
• Monday rehearsal.  TOMORROW!  Yay. Happy excited Eekness.  
• Linda will be there at 5pm already (doing officy things).  
• I will be there at 6pm already (doing CCS choiry things) and YOU? 
• You are all expected to be there by 7pm already :)  

Use the McNab Street stage door by the loading dock (far side of Hamilton Place).  McNab is the first left hand turn after you pass Hamilton Place building.  

You can use the underground parking off Summers Lane of course but then you'll have to walk around the block because the Main doors will not be open (apparently). 

A good question surfaced about "dress rehearsal".  

It sometimes means getting into the black clothes you will be wearing for the concert.   While it is NOT required of you for tomorrow's rehearsal - it might be a chance for you to discover whether your intended outfit (esp. shoes) allows you to breath properly and feel comfortable.  Totally up to you.  

Bring a FULL water bottle.  

I don't think I'll be allowed to stow any dry or wet goods into the place.  

Sadness.  It certainly bites, being the "Amarone" occasion that it is. 

Sleep sweet. Pray. Drive safely. Pray. Carpool...you get the idea.
